Mya Wilson was raised in Harlem, New York and is currently a Vice Principal in New York City. She has been teaching for many years, and enjoys reading to her students more than anything else. Mya also enjoys reading herself and
creating things. Mya plans to continue to write other children’s books, and encourage all children to follow their dreams and go after whatever dreams or ideas they have, and remember it is never too late to go after your dreams
or bring your ideas to life.
Jarell D. Wilson was born and raised in Long Island, New York. Since his early years, Jarell has been drawing and finding ways to express his creativity through art. Throughout the years he has worked with children,
from being a summer camp counselor to a foster care family specialist. He is grateful for the opportunities he has had to have a positive impact on children’s lives and hopes to continue to do so through his art. Jarell looks
to inspire young children to find their outlet of expression, whatever it may be, and share it with the world.
